da Vinci Days is a unique weekend summer festival for people of all ages. As one of many Festival highlights, the performing arts programs include stage acts, concerts, and wandering performances. We strive to offer diverse programming with performers who are artistically adventurous and invite audience participation. We select performers who can provide a range of styles for various venues and age groups. Dates for this year's festival are July 16-18, 2010. Main Stage headline acts are by invitation and are not part of the application process. APPLICATION DEADLINE IS MARCH 15, 2010.
STAGE PERFORMANCE TIMES Shady Stage, 50 minutes, Main Stage opening act, 60 minutes
Typical hours are Main Stage opener: Friday, 7 pm - 8:30 pm, Saturday, 6 pm - 7:30 pm. Shady Stage: Saturday, 10 am - 6 pm; Sunday, 11 am - 5 pm. Street performances are daytime only.
When submitting this completed application, please include a link to digital images and files of your music (i.e. Myspace). Otherwise, a clearly labeled promotional photo and CD/DVD is required by March 15.
All performers receive festival admissions and back stage hospitality. With prior arrangements, performers may sell CD, DVD, and other band merchandise. Typical fees paid to Shady Stage performers range between donated performances and $400. Typical fees for Main Stage opening acts are higher. Application MUST indicate your preferred performance location (more than one choice is allowed) AND your fee range.

A sound system and stage manager are provided for stage acts. Sound services for wandering/street performers must be prearranged. Please indicate the number of performers in your group. Please note any special sound requirements below.
